BOOKING TOURS AND HANDS-ON WORKSHOPS

General Guidelines:
- All tours and hands-on art workshops are free.
- Students should be at least five years of age.
- Groups should be accompanied by at least one adult
for every 10-15 students.
- Docent tours must be scheduled at least two weeks
in advance.
- Self-guided tours must be scheduled one week in advance.

Center Tour Availability:

| Wednesday: | 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. |
| Thursday: | 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. |
| Friday: | 12 p.m. - 4 p.m. |
(Weekend tours must be requested 4 weeks in advance.)
| Minimum: | 10 people | |
| Maximum: | 60 people | |
| Hands-On Maximum: | 60 people | (Recommended for children under 12 years of age.) |
(Ask about tours that can split time between ASU Art Museum & Ceramics Research Center.)
Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation letter or phone call from the ASU Art Museum at least one week prior to your visit. If this is your first group tour of the museum, ask about our pre-visit information packet.
Transportation: Cars or vans are encouraged to park in one of the museums spaces in Tempe Center (northeast corner of Mill Avenue and 10th Street). Please be sure to write your license plate number in the Parking Log at the lobby desk.
Buses may drop off or pick up groups at the Museums front driveway, which faces Mill Avenue, or along the sidewalk parallel to 10th Street. During the duration of the tour, buses must park in Lot #59 next to ASUs Football Stadium.
Cancellations: Please call the ASU Art Museum at 480-965-2787 at least 24 hours in advance for cancellations. Museum tours are dependent on volunteer docents that need to be alerted to cancellations or rescheduling.
